Semaglutide is FDA approved, once a week injection that works with your body to process sugars more effectively and decrease appetite. It works by mimicking a hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1)  produced naturally by your body when you eat. These hormones tell the brain that food eaten is becoming fuel and signals the overall satisfaction of feeling full.

Sermorelin acetate is a substance that promotes the natural production of human growth hormone (HGH). HGH is crucial to building new muscles and can provide our bodies with benefits from burning fat to improving metabolism, but our levels of HGH decrease as we age. Sermorelin acetate treatment can help you boost HGH production to a youth-like level, providing you with many health benefits, including enhanced weight loss.

Metformin Synergy is a once to twice daily medication to help boost insulin sensitivity and aide in your weight loss and weight loss maintenance efforts. The combination of Metformin, Leucine, and Sildenafil work synergistically to stimulate weight loss and reduce triglycerides! Metformin is a FDA approved medication in a class called the biguanides . Metformin helps control the amount of glucose in the blood and the amount released by the liver. This medication is often used in patients with Type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance (PCOS, metabolic syndrome).

Lipotropic Injections are used as a dietary supplement that aid in the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates. These Lipotropic nutrients are compounds that promote the flow of fat and bile to and from the liver. In essence, they produce a “decongesting” effect on the liver and promote improved liver function and fat metabolism. There are many formulas to fit specifically to your needs and boost your energy. This medication is typically given as an injection, also available in nasal spray and capsules.

Contrave (Naltrexone HCL/Bupropion HCL 8mg/90mg) is a prescription weight loss medication that targets two areas of the brain to give patients more control of their eating. Naltrexone and bupropion work within the mesolimbic reward system of the brain to help regulate feelings of pleasure when eating to help control craving. In the hypothalamus, bupropion and naltrexone work synergistically to curb hunger.

Naltrexone modulates cellular resistance to insulin and can lower insulin levels which indirectly leads to a reduction in androgen levels and related symptoms, specifically PCOS patients. Studies have shown that LDN may help curb your appetite by reducing the appeal/cravings of food and aid in increasing the body’s growth hormone levels. Growth hormone helps in weight loss by facilitating the building of lean muscles and burning of fats. LDN helps reduce insulin resistance therefore, not only does it have the potential to help with weight loss, but it may also address other potential diseases such as PCOS and pre diabetes.

Tirzepatide is a dual incretin medication which means it attaches to two different receptors. The GLP 1 receptor agonist bind to receptors in our body that stimulates our own pancreas to produce insulin and cross the receptors in our brain and tell us that we are full. Tirzepatide is different because along with the GLP1 receptor agonist, it works on another receptor called the GIP, which is a glucose dependent insulinotropic peptide. Both of these hormones are released in response to eating food. The GIP works directly with the pancreas telling it to release insulin. Tirzepatide binds to two different kinds of hormones and leads to a heightened sense of fullness for longer than what our body would produce which is why it is so effective! Currently under review for FDA approval for weight loss.
