Kiley spent the last decade of her life searching for what it is that works best for her body on a health, fitness, and nutritional level. Along the way she was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) that would launch her into a deep dive of self-discovery; her passions, and determination to learn more about what makes others tick as well.
In 2010 she received the first of many certifications; TRX Suspension Training Cert, this would be the kindling to light her intense fiery passion that is the fitness industry; training both small groups and one on one trainings. While pursuing her undergrad degree at Northern Arizona University she simultaneously completed her Personal Training Certification (NASM, 2011), her Yoga Teacher Training 200-hour certification (SWIHA, 2012), Nutrition Certification (NASM 2015) and both Reiki 1 and 2 Certifications (2015).
In 2020 she dove headfirst into the pursuit of a master’s degree of Clinical Nutrition through the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Kiley feels wholeheartedly this journey has brought her here. Her greatest wish is to provide the guidance necessary to build a foundation in transforming or tweaking your own life-work-sweat balance.
